Nous recherchons une Assistante Commerciale sérieuse, dynamique et organisée. Elle aura pour rôle d'assurer l'accueil des clients et d'accompagner le suivi commercial de l'entreprise.
La personne recrutée assurera l'accueil physique et téléphonique. Elle présentera les offres immobilières et techniques de l'entreprise, organisera les rendez-vous et assurera le suivi des dossiers clients. Elle représentera également l'entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux et contribuera à la création et à la publication de contenus. Enfin, elle prendra en charge quelques tâches administratives courantes.
Le poste requiert un niveau d'études de Bac +3 minimum en commerce, gestion, communication ou dans un domaine similaire.
Expérience et compétences
Une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 1 an est attendue dans le domaine commercial, la relation client, l'immobilier ou un secteur similaire. Une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques est nécessaire, tout comme une bonne présentation et une aisance relationnelle. Le sens de l'organisation et la réactivité sont également indispensables.
