The audit, consulting and accounting firm Global Consulting LLC is looking for an AI Tools Integration Consultant (M/F) to optimize its returns. This specialist is the real driver of the digital transformation of the structure. Its role is to create a bridge between technological innovation (generative AI, LLM) and professions in the financial field (taxation, audit, consulting, accounting). It identifies automation possibilities, deploys appropriate solutions (Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, ChatGPT, etc.) and assists staff in appropriating these changes.
Main objective
Optimize business processes, save employees valuable time and ensure compliance and data security by exploiting artificial intelligence.
Main duties
Analyze the internal functioning of the firm or financial department (seizure, accounting review, lettering, preparation of management reports, tax declarations)
Identify time-consuming, high-value operations that can be automated through AI
Develop specifications and map AI use cases (e.g. contract analysis, management commentary writing, tax monitoring)
Choose and experiment with market AI tools that match requirements (Copilot for the Office environment, DeepSeek/ChatGPT for scripting or massive data analysis, as well as dedicated accounting solutions such as Inqom, Chaintrust or Pennylane)
Set up virtual assistants and design expert query bases (prompt engineering) oriented towards finance and taxation
Work with CIO to ensure absolute protection of financial data (GDPR, professional secrecy, local data silos)
Design and animate training modules for auditors, collaborators and accountants
Raise awareness of possible AI biases (the so-called “hallucinations”) and establish a culture of systematic verification
Produce best practice guides and an AI usage charter applicable within the structure
Constant technology monitoring of LLM developments (new models, extensions, regulations such as the AI Act)
Continuously measure the return on investment (ROI) of deployed solutions and adjust the digital strategy accordingly
Candidate profile
Training: BAC level diploma+5 from a business school, or master (CCA, management / finance, management of information systems or MSI)
Experience
Experience: have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an audit, accounting or financial management firm, with a strong interest or proven specialization for technology projects (a successful transition to AI consulting is a major asset)
Technical skills: advanced knowledge of generative AI (manipulation and configuration of solutions such as DeepSeek, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI ChatGPT), rapid engineering (ability to formulate complex queries, create custom GPT agents and structure workflows)
Business expertise: detailed understanding of accounting and financial mechanisms (IFRS standards, tax packages, balance sheets, FEC) and audit procedures
Data and automation: excellent knowledge of low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate, Make) and dataviz (Power BI), good notions in Python language for the processing of financial data representing a real advantage
Interpersonal qualities: excellent sense of pedagogy to popularize complex technical concepts to an uninitiated audience
Required skills
Professional skills: great analytical and synthesis spirit allowing to quickly identify the weaknesses of a process, intellectual curiosity, very strong adaptability in the face of constant technological developments, moral rigor and strict respect for confidentiality (sensitivity to corporate data)

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
