- Recruter, former et encadrer une équipe de commerciaux
- Organiser et assurer la prospection commerciale
- Superviser et contribuer aux activités de vente de l'équipe
- Accompagner les commerciaux dans l'atteinte de leurs objectifs
- Être disponible pour des missions commerciales à Ouagadougou et en province

- Être âgé(e) d'au moins 30 ans
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine commercial
- Excellent sens relationnel
- Bonnes capacités en communication, marketing et management d'équipe
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques
- Dynamique, disponible et capable de travailler sur le terrain
