[MISSIONS]
- Accueillir, informer, assister et accompagner les voyageurs
- Faciliter l'installation des passagers
- Souhaiter la bienvenue et rappeler les consignes nécessaires
- Répondre aux besoins des passagers et contribuer à leur confort
- Maintenir une bonne relation avec la clientèle et signaler les incidents
- Accompagner la fin du voyage et rendre compte des incidents

- Bac minimum souhaité
- Formation en tourisme ou service client (atout)
- Expérience dans une compagnie de transport de voyageurs (atout)
- Présentation soignée, courtoisie, écoute, patience, maîtrise de soi, dynamisme
