] Un cabinet situé à Calavi Tankpè (Agrivision Holding) recrute urgemment, pour le compte d'un restaurant situé dans la zone de l'aéroport, un pizzaiolo.
[MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS]
- Préparation et cuisson des pizzas : préparer la pâte selon les recettes standards, garnir avec les ingrédients prévus, cuire selon les techniques adaptées au four utilisé
- Gestion des stocks : contrôler les stocks d'ingrédients, passer les commandes nécessaires, veiller à la bonne conservation des produits
- Hygiène et entretien : respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, nettoyer les équipements (four, plan de travail, ustensiles)
- Service client : participer à l'emballage des commandes, répondre aux demandes spécifiques des clients
- Confection et préparation des plats
[PROFIL]
- 2 ans d'expérience en tant que pizzaiolo
- Connaissance des techniques de cuisson au four (bois, gaz ou électrique)
- Rapidité, précision et sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer le stress des périodes de forte affluence
- Âgé de 27 à 30 ans
