Position Summary We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Property Investment Advisor to join our real estate management team. This isn’t a standard real estate agent role; it is a strategic executive lead position designed for a sophisticated professional who understands that property is a vehicle for wealth preservation and growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to High-Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors, providing data‑driven insights to curate high‑performing real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Portfolio Management: Analyze client financial profiles to develop bespoke property investment strategies aligned with their risk tolerance and yield expectations.

Market Intelligence: Conduct deep‑dived research into emerging markets, capital growth trends, and urban development projects to identify “off‑market” opportunities.

Financial Modeling: Perform rigorous investment appraisals, including Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Capitalization Rates (Cap Rates), and Cash‑on‑Cash return projections.

End‑to‑End Acquisition: Lead the negotiation process from initial sourcing through to legal due diligence and final closing.

Relationship Management: Maintain high‑touch network of developers, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals to streamline the investment process for clients.

Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws, anti‑money laundering (AML) regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years in luxury real estate, private banking, or investment consultancy. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales, Business or Real Estate. An MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred. Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in financial modeling and a mastery of market data analytics software. Communication: Exceptional “boardroom‑level” presentation skills; ability to convert complex market volatility into actionable advice.

Core Competencies Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self‑motivated with a track record of hunting Under‑Market Targets. Discretion: Absolute integrity when handling sensitive financial data. Global Perspective: Understanding of how currency, fluctuations and geopolitics influence real estate investments.
