Cakes and Cream recrute un Customer Care Representative pour renforcer son equipe de service client. Le poste est base a Lagos, au Nigeria, plus precisement a Surulere et Victoria Island. Il s'agit d'un contrat a temps plein, avec des horaires de 8h a 17h, du lundi au samedi, jours feries inclus.
La
consiste a garantir des standards de service excellents, a repondre efficacement aux demandes des clients et a maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction. Le titulaire du poste devra gerer un volume important d'appels entrants, generer des pistes commerciales et identifier les besoins des clients afin d'atteindre les objectifs de satisfaction. Il devra egalement construire des relations durables et de confiance avec les comptes clients, grace a une communication ouverte et interactive.
Les responsabilites incluent aussi la fourniture d'informations precises, valides et completes en utilisant les bonnes methodes et les bons outils, l'atteinte des objectifs personnels et collectifs de vente et de traitement des appels, ainsi que la gestion des reclamations clients. Pour ces dernieres, il faudra proposer des solutions et des alternatives appropriees dans les delais impartis, puis assurer un suivi jusqu'a la resolution. Le poste implique egalement de tenir des registres des interactions clients, de traiter les comptes clients et de classer les documents.
Le
correspond a un candidat de niveau debutant, justifiant d'au moins un an d'experience en service client. La qualification academique minimale exigee est un BSc ou equivalent dans n'importe quel domaine, et le candidat doit avoir acheve son NYSC. Une bonne maitrise de l'anglais est requise.
Les competences attendues sont les suivantes : capacite a gerer plusieurs taches et a rester organise, esprit critique et aptitude a resoudre les problemes, bon esprit d'equipe, maitrise de l'outil informatique, grand souci du detail, demeanor amical et professionnel, haut niveau de creativite, communication efficace et bonnes competences en relations interpersonnelles.
La remuneration proposee est comprise entre 150 000 et 250 000 NGN par mois.
