Customer Support Representative
Downtown Grill Nigeria is recruiting a Customer Support Representative to join its takeaway restaurant team.
Job Context
We are looking for an intelligent, friendly, and customer-oriented person for this full-time position, based in Ibadan & Oyo State, Nigeria.
Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders (in person, by phone, and online).
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure fast and accurate order preparation.
Process payments and ensure order accuracy before pickup or delivery.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Required Profile
Minimum HND in any discipline.
Must have completed the mandatory NYSC program.
Reside in Yaba or its surroundings.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in customer service is an asset.
Additional Information
Location: 23, Olubadan Avenue, Oluyole Estate
Salary: NGN 100,000 per month
Benefit: NGN 15,000 monthly transport allowance
Working Hours
Training period (first month):
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
One day off between Monday and Saturday each week.
Sundays operate on a rotation: one Sunday worked, one Sunday off.
