Monitor and analyze alarms, incidents and events affecting network equipment and services. Coordinate actions with Network Operations Center (NOC) teams, field teams, and network and transmission departments for effective incident resolution. Carry out the necessary in-depth technical analyses and propose sustainable corrective and preventive solutions. Rigorously document incidents, interventions and solutions in ticketing tools. Produce follow-up and incident reports, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of overall service quality.
