Sprint Pay Technology launches a recruitment campaign to strengthen its technical teams Yaoundé. The company is currently looking for several professionals in the fields of electricity, energy, HTA/BT work and IT development. In total, four profiles are sought: Electrician HTA-BT Skilled Editor, Driver of HTA/BT Works, Head of Electrical Building and Tech Lead. • 1. Electrical Engineer HTA-BT (H/F) Attached to the Head of Electrician, the Electrician Editor will be responsible for participating in the realization, connection and maintenance of high and low voltage electrical installations.

Main duties

The incumbent of the position shall, in particular: install and connect HTA/BT equipment; intervene on transformers, cells, electrical cabinets and generators; carry out the laying and pulling of cables; install cable trays; make groundings; carry out checks, tests and tests before powering up; provide preventive maintenance of facilities; intervene during corrective maintenance operations; diagnose breakdowns and contribute to their resolution; strictly comply with the recording procedures and electrical safety rules. Education / Qualifications

The candidate must hold a BT, BTS or DUT in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity or equivalent training.

Experience

Professional experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position is required. Also required are: a valid HTA-BT electrical clearance; SOCADEL mandatory; a good command of reading electrical diagrams; knowledge of NF C 15-100 and NF C 13-100 standards; a good command of electrical safety rules; rigor and autonomy;

• 2. Business Analyst (H/F) Sprint Pay Technology also recruits an HTA/BT Construction Manager to ensure the planning, organization and supervision of construction sites, renovation and maintenance of electrical networks. Location Yaoundé Chantiers Service: Infrastructure / Electrical networks Connection: Energy Manager / Energy Director Duties The Conductor of the Work will be responsible in particular for: Preparing and planning HTA/BT sites; participate in implementation studies; establish and monitor schedules; determine the resources required for the various works; organize and coordinate teams on the ground; ensure coordination with subcontractors and suppliers; monitor the technical, administrative and budgetary aspects of projects; ensure compliance with safety rules and consignment procedures; checking the conformity of the work carried out; supervise the tests; accompany operations until the reception and commissioning of facilities. Candidate profile The candidate must have a Baccalaureate level diploma+3 to Bac+5 in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical or equivalent field. 3 to 5 years experience in HTA/BT electrical work is required. The profile must also include: BT/HTA electrical clearances; SOCADEL mandatory; a master’s degree in MS Project and Excel; good reading ability of CAD/CAD plans; Fluency in NFC standards; leadership capabilities; of rigor and reactivity; Excellent compliance with safety rules. Languages: French compulsory and English desired.
• 3. Project Manager (m/f) The Electrician will be responsible for organizing and supervising the execution of HTA-BT electrical installation works on the various sites. In particular, it will have to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements and safety rules. Location Yaoundé Chantiers Service: Construction / Electrical Installations Attachment: Construction Manager / Technical Director Duties Its main responsibilities will include: the preparation and organization of construction sites; management of schedules; organization of the teams; materiel and supply management; the supervision of electrical fitters; daily supervision of field activities; monitoring compliance with NF C 15-100 and NF C 13-100; quality control of the work; the conduct and supervision of pre-commissioning tests; monitoring the progress of work; drafting of reports; management of relations with customers and subcontractors. Candidate profile The candidate must hold a BTS, License or Baccalaureate+3 in Electrotechnical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent training. Experience of at least 5 years in electrical work, including 2 years in construction site supervision, is required. The candidate must also have: a valid HTA-BT electrical clearance; Mandatory SOCADEL certification or qualification; Good ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams a mastery of the organization and management of construction sites; A good command of Excel and Word; leadership skills; Excellent sense of organization; an ability to manage unforeseen events;

• 4. Tech Lead (m/f) Sprint Pay Technology is finally looking for a Tech Lead to lead its development team and guarantee the technical quality of its IT projects. The recruited professional will work under the responsibility of the CIO. Location Yaoundé Service: IT / Development Attachment: DSI Duties The Tech Lead will be responsible for: Technically supervise and support the development team; provide mentorship to developers; conduct code reviews; participate in the definition of technical architectures; design architectures based on microservices and REST APIs; develop critical application modules; ensure compliance with code quality standards; ensure the security of applications; participate in the implementation and improvement of CI/CD processes; collaborate with the Product, DevOps and Security teams; contribute to the respect of project deadlines; participate in the control and reduction of technical debt. Candidate profile The candidate must hold a Baccalaureate+5 in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent training. Professional experience of at least 5 years in software development is required, with at least experience in the technical supervision of a team. Technical skills In particular, the candidate must master: microservices architectures; REST APIs; CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI; the quality and safety principles of software development. A good knowledge of SonarQube is also required. Mastery of Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban, is required. Desired qualities The profile sought will have to show: leadership; rigor; spirit of analysis; Pedagogy; ability to make decisions. Languages: French compulsory and English desired.
