ASSISTANT(E) / GESTIONNAIRE RH
Assurer la gestion administrative du personnel (contrats, congés, dossiers) Appuyer le processus de recrutement et l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
Formation / Diplômes
Contribuer à la formation, au suivi des performances et à la GPEC Produire les déclarations sociales et les reportings RH
Bac+3/5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou Management
Expérience
Expérience souhaitée en gestion RH, idéalement dans le secteur financier Connaissance du droit du travail camerounais et de la réglementation sociale Discrétion, sens de l’organisation, rigueur et esprit d’équipe
