Avis de recrutement : 10 Commerciaux dynamique Description Participez au lancement d’une agence ambitieuse et contribuez à bâtir une nouvelle référence dans le secteur des assurances au Cameroun. Nous recherchons 10 commerciaux dynamique avec un bon sens de négociation. POSTE : Commercial
Développer et gérer un portefeuille clients ; Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients particuliers et entreprises ; Identifier les besoins des prospects et proposer les solutions d’assurance adaptées ; Négocier, conclure les ventes et assurer la fidélisation de la clientèle ;
Atteindre les objectifs mensuels de chiffre d’affaires fixés par la Direction.
Minimum Bac ;
Expérience
Une expérience dans la commercialisation des produits d’assurance serait un atout;
Excellentes aptitudes en prospection, négociation et vente ; Dynamisme, autonomie, sens du résultat, excellente présentation et intégrité. Rémunération: Frais de transport (5000 FCFA/semaines); Frais téléphoniques Commissions sur les ventes effectuées
