You will speak with farmers and prospective customers, answer questions about our products, identify sales opportunities and keep accurate records of every conversation. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries. Explain PlantCatalyst products clearly and professionally. Identify interested customers and arrange follow-up with the sales team. Record calls, customer information and next steps in HubSpot. Meet call targets and submit regular activity reports. Requirements: A degree or diploma in agriculture, agronomy, or any related field. Should be fluent in Bemba and Nyanja languages. Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner. Good computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to build rapport and work toward targets. Experience in customer service, or telesales is an advantage.
