Job Description

The Regional Safeguarding Advisor (RSA) will provide technical guidance and support to prevent and address safeguarding issues in Mercy Corps’ East Africa programs. This role involves working closely with country teams to implement safeguarding standards, assess risks, and develop mitigation plans. The RSA will also engage in training and awareness-raising activities to enhance safeguarding capacity among team members and partners. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective safeguarding practices are integrated into all operations.
