Thrive Residential is seeking an experienced, hands-on and highly organised Property Manager. The Property Manager will take over The Courtyards from the project team and run it as a business. The Courtyards is a 42-unit furnished rental development serving mining professionals and corporate clients who expect a high standard and are paying for it. The Property Manager will own the property: its presentation, its service, its on-site teams, and its relationships with every tenant. This is the role at which problems stop.
