Formation / Diplômes
- Gestion de programme humanitaire ou équivalent (BAC+5)
Expérience
Expérience de 3 à 4 ans dans le secteur humanitaire
Avoir au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur un poste équivalent
Gestion/Connaissance mécanisme de réponse rapide
Élaboration des propositions de projet
Bonne maîtrise/notion des enjeux de redevabilité et protection transversale
Bonne capacité en management d’équipes multisectorielles
Bonne capacité de réaliser le travail interdépartemental
Très bonnes compétences en communication et en rédaction
Très bon niveau technique en gestion de programmes humanitaires
Capacité à allier technicité sur programmes d’urgence et programmes de relève/développement
Capacité à travailler en partenariat avec des ONG nationales et internationales
Expérience en management direct d’équipes
Présentation du poste
- Connaissance des enjeux programmatiques en contexte sécuritaire volatile Langues :
- Parfaite maîtrise du Français, du Swahili (lu, écrit, parlé)
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit est un atout
- Bonne connaissance des langues locales parlées dans les zones d’interventions est un atout Instructions
