] Un propriétaire recherche une collaboratrice sérieuse pour gérer un studio meublé situé à Ange-Raphaël (Douala), en face du Campus 1. Il s'agit d'une collaboration flexible, compatible avec une autre activité.
[MISSIONS]
- Accueillir les clients à l'arrivée et au départ (check-in / check-out)
- Veiller au nettoyage et à la bonne tenue du studio entre les séjours
- Vérifier l'état du studio après le départ des clients
- Signaler rapidement tout problème ou besoin d'intervention
- Assurer un suivi sérieux et professionnel des clients
[PROFIL]
- Femme de 25 à 35 ans
- Résidant à Ange-Raphaël, idéalement près du Campus 1 / Dreams, pour intervenir rapidement
- Sérieuse, honnête, organisée, disponible et autonome
- Bon relationnel et sens de l'Une expérience en gestion de studios ou appartements meublés est un avantage
- Avoir déjà une autre activité professionnelle ou commerciale est un atout

Paiement au pourcentage, selon les modalités convenues ensemble.
