## 🧠 Profil recherché
- Batchelor's Degree in Engineering, Paper Science/Technology,
Industrial Eng, Material Science or Related Field
- Postgraduate Qualifications (e.g. MSc MBA or Diploma in Pulp
& Paper an Advantage

## 💼 Expérience
- Minimum 10-15 Years' experience in Product Development,
R&D or Technical Role within FMCG Manufacturers,
preferable in the Paper Products /Tissue or Hygiene Goods
- In-depth knowledge of Tissue Converting Processes
- Experience in Cost or Management Accounting - Huge
Advantage
- Project Management Abilities: MPM, PRINCE2 or Agile
Certification - An Advantage
- Excel & ERP Systems
- Willingness to Travel occasionally to Suppliers or Production
