- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- La connaissance des logiciels CRM constitue un atout majeur.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
- Honnêteté, intégrité et professionnalisme
- Ouverture d’esprit, autonomie et sens de l’initiative
- Solides compétences administratives et organisationnelles
- Capacité à travailler avec un minimum de supervision
Expérience
- Une expérience préalable dans l’hôtellerie, l’accueil ou le service à la clientèle constitue un atout Type d’emploi : Temps plein Salaire fixe. Les candidatures féminines sont privilégiées.
