Build'in Life Design recrute un(e) Architecte Description des tâches
- Élaboration des conceptions architecturales (phases d'esquisse, d'avant-projet sommaire et détaillé) et constitution des dossiers de demande de permis de construire.
- Production des plans techniques d'exécution et supervision technique des travaux sur site.
- Rédaction des métrés et établissement des devis quantitatifs et estimatifs.
- Vérification de la conformité des ouvrages réalisés et respect des réglementations en vigueur.
- Gestion de la relation client: présentation des concepts et soumission de propositions d'aménagement intérieur.
Formation / Diplômes
- Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en Architecture (issu de l’ENSTP ou d'un établissement équivalent).
Expérience
- Justifier d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans, acquise en cabinet d'architecture ou au sein d'une entreprise de BTP.
- Maîtrise indispensable des logiciels suivants:
- AutoCAD;
- ArchiCAD/Revit;
- SketchUp;
- Lumion.
- Connaissance approfondie des réglementations camerounaises (code de l'urbanisme, normes de sécurité).
- Qualités requises: Rigueur, créativité, aptitude au travail de terrain (déplacements sur chantiers). Pièces à fournir
