Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new clients within assigned communities and markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct loan assessments and process loan applications.

Monitor loan repayments and manage client portfolios.

Follow up on overdue payments and support loan recovery.

Provide financial advice and educate clients on loan products

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum HND or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field.

Strong marketing and relationship management skills.

Ability to meet targets and work independently.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of credit assessment is an advantage.
