Ensuring compliance with banking guidelines and loan policies. Managing the end-to-end loan process, from application to disbursement and monitoring. Preparing and submitting regular, accurate management and credit reports Required Skills or Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role (loan appraisal, banking, or credit management). Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. Portfolio Management: Proven ability to create and maintain a high-quality, growing loan portfolio while managing risks.
