This site integrates its entire value chain: design office, methods, maintenance, manufacturing, finishing, tapestry, wrought iron, drying, machining, packaging, delivery, after-sales service and showroom.

Job overview

In this context, we are looking for an Operations Manager to take a central place in the transformation of the company. A true operational assistant to the leader, he will help structure the organization, elevate collective performance and support long-term growth. Your mission You manage and coordinate all operational activities, from the consideration of customer needs to delivery of achievements and after-sales service. You ensure smooth operations, team efficiency, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement. You supervise the managers of the main operational functions and establish the conditions for an effective collaboration between the sales, technical, industrial and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Bac Training+5 in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production, wood, electromechanical, industrial management, supply chain, industrial logistics or industrial systems engineering.

Experience

• At least eight years of experience, including several years in an operational management position.
• Significant experience in an industrial or semi-industrial environment: wood and furniture, industrial carpentry, metallurgy, construction, processing or other manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and service managers.
• Proven experience in organizational structuring, continuous improvement and change management.
• Mastery of steering tools, performance indicators and dashboards. To succeed in this function, you will also need to demonstrate leadership, autonomy, analytical thinking, results orientation and relational intelligence. Your ability to federate, solve complex problems and drive change with pedagogy will be decisive. Your priorities in the first year
