- Au minimum 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion opérationnelle et logistique de haut niveau sur des projets de grande ampleur
- Expérience éprouvée en management direct et transversal d'équipes pluridisciplinaires volumineuses et coordination multi-acteurs
- Expérience significative en sites isolés ou complexes (Remote Sites) : camps miniers (Mining Camps), installations pétrolières/gazières, bases militaires ou sociétés internationales de catering en bases-vie
- Expérience pratique de la restauration collective à grande échelle (plusieurs milliers de repas par jour)
- Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (obligatoire, avec un accent particulier sur Excel et Word) pour l'analyse des données, le suivi des stocks et les plannings
