- Bac+2 en QHSE, gestion des ressources humaines ou équivalent
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans à un poste en HSE ou en supervision du personnel

- Reporting hiérarchique
- Recrutement et gestion du personnel
- Connaissance des règles HSE, animation des Toolbox Meetings
- Capacité à superviser et coordonner les équipes sur le terrain
- Expérience en HSE sur les chantiers BTP serait un atout
- Connaissance de la législation du travail constitue un atout

Si vous avez animé des causeries sécurité, citez leur fréquence : les recruteurs BTP camerounais y accordent plus de poids qu'au diplôme QHSE seul.
