Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: inquiry, planning, execution, and post-event evaluation Liaise with clients to understand requirements and customize event solutions Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping for seamless execution Ensure all event orders (BEOs) are accurate and communicated to relevant departments Operations Management Oversee banquet setup, service delivery, and breakdown processes Ensure compliance with 5-star service standards and SOPs Monitor staff grooming, service etiquette, and guest engagement Supervise event timelines and ensure punctual execution Revenue & Cost Management Drive revenue through upselling (menus, décor, AV equipment) Control operational costs and minimize wastage Monitor profitability of each event Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and supervise banquet staff Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event reviews Foster a high-performance and service-oriented culture Guest Experience & Quality Assurance Ensure personalized service delivery for all events Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly Maintain high guest satisfaction scores Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards Monitor risk management practices during events Key Competencies Leadership and team management Customer service excellence Financial acumen Attention to detail Communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making Reporting & Accountability Daily: Event operations report Weekly: Revenue and service performance review Monthly: Financial and KPI performance report Expected Impact Enhanced guest experience and brand reputation Increased banquet revenue and profitability Efficient event execution with minimal errors High-performing and motivated banquet team Requirements: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree will be an added advantage Salary : Attractive Location : Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
