L'Office Togolais des Recettes (OTR) lance un appel à offres pour la fourniture de paravents blancs et jaunes (papiers sécurisés) au profit de ses services.
Dans le cadre de ce marché, l'OTR sollicite des offres sous pli fermé de la part de candidats répondant aux qualifications requises. Le montant prévisionnel du marché est de cinq millions (5 000 000) F CFA TTC.
Ces fournitures sont constituées d'un (01) lot unique, composé comme suit :
Cent vingt-cinq mille (125 000) paravents jaunes en papier sécurisé ; Soixante-quinze mille (75 000) paravents blancs en papier sécurisé.
Les échantillons sont à consulter sur place au bureau de la cellule de gestion des marchés publics, sis au premier étage du bâtiment Annexe A. Les quantités peuvent être augmentées ou diminuées de 15 %. Aucune variante n'est autorisée.
Le candidat retenu livrera les imprimés du présent marché prêts à l'emploi au Siège de l'Office Togolais des Recettes (OTR), sis au 41, rue des Impôts à Lomé, dans un délai à compter de la date de notification du marché.
La passation du marché sera conduite par demande de cotation, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur.
La présente demande de cotation est adressée aux candidats inscrits sur la liste restreinte, dont les noms figurent ci-après et qui sont en règle avec les administrations fiscale et sociale :

De lundi à vendredi, de 07 h 30 à 12 h 30 mn et de 14 h 30 mn à 17 h 30 mn, au plus tard le 29 Septembre 2026 à 10 heures 00 minute. Les offres remises en retard ne seront pas acceptées.

Les offres doivent être valides pendant une période de soixante (60) jours suivant la .
Les soumissionnaires sont informés que leurs offres financières doivent être élaborées dans le respect des prix contenus dans la dernière version du répertoire des prix de référence (mercuriale des prix) disponible sur le site du Ministère de l'économie et des finances au www.finances.gouv.tg. Dans le cas contraire, leurs offres seront redressées.
