Responsabilités
La personne recrutée prendra en charge le traitement des demandes clients, la résolution des réclamations, le support à la livraison, l'assistance produit, la documentation CRM, le suivi client ainsi que la remontée de la voix du client.
Le candidat idéal justifie de 1 à 4 ans et plus d'expérience dans le service client ou l'expérience client.
