Production Team Leader — leather goods

We are hiring a team leader to lead a leather goods bracelet production team. You guarantee the operational performance of your line according to the SQDCP axes (safety, quality, deadlines, costs, personnel) and ensure the safety of people as well as the conformity quality of the parts produced. You ensure the availability of consumables and accessories necessary for production and ensure accurate traceability of progress, in order to give the group leader an overview of operations. In case of problems, you report directly to the leader of your group.

Main duties

Ensure the wearing of PPE and enforce HSE standards on the workshop Identifying and reporting dangerous or almost accident situations Ensure the proper functioning of machines and train operators to the right settings Daily monitoring of the 5S workshops Control the quality of the parts at the end of the line and the first 10 pieces of an OF Pilot the analysis of non-conformities according to the 5 Why to improve PCB rates Perform daily operational range audits Monitor the progress of productions and ensure that quotas are met Identifying delays and proposing staffing or machine adjustments Supervise, animate and motivate the production team Lead team meetings and manage absence requests Participate in continuous improvement projects and contribute to the integration of new operators

Candidate profile

Experience

Experience in production management, ideally in confection / leather goods bts Good understanding of bracelet manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret operating ranges and manufacturing orders (OF) Knowledge of HSE standards and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Other information

Mastery of IT tools, including Microsoft Office Sense of organization, rigour and ability to manage priorities
