Localisation

Objet: Internal Audit Manager – DRC Type de Contrat: CDD, 12 mois renouvelable

Qualifications requises :

  • Qualification professionnelle reconnue en comptabilité/audit (CA/ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA etc.)
  • Qualification post-universitaire en gouvernance et gestion des risques est souhaitable Compétences techniques :

Expérience

  • Solide expérience en audit interne (au moins 5 ans) obtenue dans un cabinet Big 4/Mid-tier ou industrie
  • Connaissance des normes IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors)
  • Compréhension des approches et objectifs des audits basés sur les risques
  • Maîtrise des procédures d’audit interne et documentation
  • Compétences en data analytics et CAATs
  • Analyse des causes racines et évaluation des conclusions d’audit
  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en reporting
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel, Word et PowerPoint

  • Connaissance d’AuditBoard ou tout autre logiciel d’audit, conformité et gestion des risques Compétences personnelles :

  • Expérience professionnelle en RDC avec une bonne compréhension du contexte local et du cadre juridique (essentiel)
  • Expérience de travail dans une grande multinationale ou organisation mondiale (essentiel)
  • Expérience en audits internes dans des marchés en développement et émergents (essentiel)
  • Expérience dans une organisation de prestation de services financée par des bailleurs (souhaitable)
  • Expérience dans le secteur de la santé ou des services de santé (souhaitable)
  • Maîtrise compétente de l’anglais et du français (oral et écrit)
  • Disponibilité pour voyager à travers la RDC Instructions
