Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme de niveau Master (Bac+5) en Administration, Gestion, Droit, Relations internationales, Communication, Sciences économiques, Sciences sociales ou tout autre domaine pertinent
- Formation complémentaire en management, anglais des affaires, communication institutionnelle ou administration executive constitue un avantage Compétences techniques :
- Excellente maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Capacité à conduire des réunions, échanges professionnels et assurer l’interprétation consécutive
Expérience
Expérience en traduction et/ou interprétation professionnelle anglais-français
Maîtrise des outils de gestion administrative et d’archivage Compétences personnelles :
Sens aigu de la confidentialité et du professionnalisme
Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de coordination
Aptitude à travailler sous pression et à gérer des priorités multiples
Discrétion et intégrité dans la gestion des informations sensibles Expérience demandée :
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente dans la coordination d’un bureau de direction, l’appui exécutif ou la coordination institutionnelle
Expérience significative dans un environnement international, ONG, institution ou organisation présentant des exigences élevées en matière de confidentialité
Expérience avérée dans l’appui à un Directeur, Directeur Pays, CEO ou membre d’équipe de direction
Expérience dans la coordination de parties prenantes externes (bailleurs, partenaires, autorités)
Expérience dans l’organisation d’événements, visites officielles et missions de haut niveau Instructions
