Professional Driver

As part of the strengthening of its workforce, an international financial institution is launching a call for applications to recruit a Driver (M/F).

Main duties

The Driver will provide proactive operational support to the International Financial Institution’s activities in Senegal. It will be responsible for the secure and punctual transportation of the Country Representative and guests of the financial institution, staff and authorized visitors. It will ensure the proper functioning, routine maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle at its disposal, compliance with safety and traffic rules, as well as the good keeping of the administrative documents of the vehicle. It may also be required to support certain logistical tasks of the financial institution. Main activities

1. Ensure the conduct of the country representative and hosts of the financial institution in the context of business or official travel

• Drive the Country Representative and hosts of the financial institution;
• Lead staff (possibly) and hosts of the financial institution as part of missions.

2. Ensure the good condition of the vehicle

• Check, at any time, the level of liquids in the vehicle (oil, water, petrol...);
• Clean the vehicle and keep it always clean;
• Detect first-level mechanical anomalies and report them systematically to the supervisor;
• Follow the repairs of the vehicle following the decision of the superior;
• Perform periodic vehicle reviews (empty, spare parts, etc.);
• Ensure the validity and renewal of the vehicle’s administrative parts (insurance, vignette, technical inspection, etc.). Skills

• Êhold a driver’s license;

Education / Qualifications

• Holder of a BAC or BT level diploma;
