Job Overview Seeking to recruit a Corporate HR Lead who is a skilled HR Analytics and passionate about interpreting and analyzing data to drive decision making. Key responsibilities include gathering data from various human resources and administrative databases, developing HR metrics, producing various statistical and predictive models, and interpreting trends and patterns that can support HR and management decisions. Responsibilities of the Corporate HR Lead Develop and manage HR metrics dashboard Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics such as recruitment, retention, employee development, and turnover. Use data insights to drive strategic decisions and present regular updates to the Group Head of HR and senior management. Create statistical models to predict future workforce trends Collaborate with HR and management team to understand business needs and provide relevant data Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices Recommend ways to improve existing HR strategies and operations based on data analysis Collect and compile HR data from various sources, including personnel records, benefits platform, and survey results Advise on strategies for the efficient operation of the company human resource processes, including but not limited to Compensations and benefits, welfare plans and development of employees. Assist in the development and set-up of manpower and succession plans for the company and translates these plans into recruitment plans.

🧠Profil recherché
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
🛠️ Compétences requises
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Advanced computer skills on MS Office (especially Excel)
💼 Expérience
Experience in data analytics (advanced knowledge in AI) would be an added advantage. Must be a Human Resource generalist with in-depth understanding of the Human Resource practice in all functional areas including Industrial Relations, Training and Benefits and Compensation Management.
