Sous la supervision du Conseiller CARM, l’Assistant(e) Base de Données CARM soutient la gestion quotidienne de la base de données centralisée des plaintes et feedbacks de Mercy Corps RDC. Il/elle assure le suivi des appels des lignes vertes, la documentation des cas, l’analyse des données et l’appui au rapportage CARM. Le poste contribue également aux activités de redevabilité, de sensibilisation et d’engagement communautaire, tout en garantissant la confidentialité et la protection des données.
