The Finance & Operations Advisor will support the Finance and Operations Manager in finance, operations, funding and human resources functions. Responsibilities include budgeting, expenditure monitoring, financial and donor reporting, payment processing, payroll, audits, compliance and asset management. The position will also collaborate with program teams and provide technical support to partner organizations on Ipas financial reporting and compliance requirements.
