Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Licence (Bac+3) en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires, Gestion ou discipline connexe. Un diplôme de troisième cycle en RH ou en gestion est un atout. Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise de ServiceNow HRSD / Gestion des cas, opérations de paie, conception de SLA, cartographie des processus RH, conception de workflows RH, libre-service employé, gestion des connaissances RH, administration RH, gestion des services, amélioration des processus, analytique RH et reporting, SAP HR / SuccessFactors ou systèmes RH similaires, contrôles et gouvernance, confidentialité des données. Compétences personnelles :
- Sens de l’organisation, leadership, orientation client, autonomie, créativité, capacité à travailler sous pression, excellentes compétences en communication, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
Expérience
- Minimum 8 à 10 ans d’expérience en RH, avec une expérience significative en opérations RH, services partagés, paie, administration RH ou prestation de services RH. Une expérience dans la création ou la gestion d’un centre de services RH est fortement souhaitée. Une expérience dans le secteur minier, industriel ou avec une grande main-d’œuvre est un atout.
