The ideal candidate will be sales-focused with strong marketing instincts , with the ability to identify business opportunities, build strategic relationships, close deals, and effectively position innovative healthcare solutions in the market. A background in healthcare or direct experience within the health sector is essential . The successful candidate should understand the healthcare environment and be confident engaging healthcare professionals, institutions, businesses, government stakeholders, and other key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive new business growth across B2B, B2C, B2G, and institutional clients . Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. Deliver tailored product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and pitches. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and closing. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to support product improvement. Marketing & Brand Development Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Create compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Measure campaign performance and marketing ROI. Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communication channels. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging multimedia content. Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns. Engage with relevant online communities and strengthen the company’s digital brand voice. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field. A background in healthcare or direct experience within the health sector is essential. Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or social media management . Experience in healthcare, technology, AI, HealthTech, or related industries is an advantage. Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and ability to engage healthcare stakeholders confidently. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate, and close deals. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools . Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
