Ensure customer acquisition for an expanding vehicle fleet. Transition the company from a based operational model to a competitive commercial brand. Secure long-term vehicle rental contracts with embassies, corporations, and individuals. Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions to address challenges and seize growth opportunities. Conduct daily cold visits to embassies, international NGOs, and corporate headquarters. Achieve specific monthly booking and fleet utilization targets. Monitor local diplomatic schedules and corporate conferences to secure bulk transportation contracts. Negotiate long-term contracts with procurement and logistics managers. Collect customer feedback to guide management in decision-making.
