Responsabilités
Sous la supervision directe du Spécialiste des Marches Publics et de la Logistique, le/la titulaire de ce poste sera responsable du support technique informatique. Il/elle sera responsable de la surveillance ainsi que de la maintenance des outils informatiques, des systèmes et du réseau. Cela comprend la réponse aux demandes de support informatique via le système de messagerie électronique, les appels téléphoniques ou les rapports verbaux, le dépannage et l’exécution des projets informatiques lui assignés. Basé à Bukavu, sa responsabilité s’étend sur le Sud Kivu en incluant tous les bureaux de la province.
