Responsibilities

Promotes the social responsibility of companies (RSE), impact investing and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as mechanisms for Inclusive growth, enabling capital mobilization private and expertise to support priorities Context: In order to strengthen its operational capacities UNDP Côte d'Ivoire is recruiting a National Quality Specialist Volunteer by Investment Officer. This position will contribute directly to identification, analysis and facilitation investment opportunities aligned with the UNDP and CPD priorities 2026- 2030. The volunteer Investment specialist has as main objectives : Strengthen capacity for analysis and mobilization of sustainable investments by the country office; Support the structuring of innovative financing instruments for development; Facilitating dialogue between public actors, sector private and development partners; Contribute to the production of analytical and High quality operational. Task description: Under the direct supervision of Economy, the volunteer will perform the tasks Analysis and identification of opportunities Identify and analyze investment opportunities in priority sectors (agriculture, energy, infrastructure, health, education); Conducting market research, feasibility analyses and assessments of country risks; Ensure active monitoring of market trends regional and international financiers; Prepare analytical notes, sector reports and Presentations for the decision-makers. Structure funding and partnerships Support the design and structuring of bankable projects High impact on the development goals Sustainable (SDG); Contribute to the development of mechanisms innovative financing: green bonds, blended finance, guarantees, impact investment funds; Participate in partnership negotiations and monitoring with financial institutions (Institutions Development Finance-IFD, banks of development, private funds); Facilitating due diligence and training processes investment files. Coordinating and engaging stakeholders Liaise between the United Nations Development Programme Development (UNDP) and stakeholders ecosystem investment: the sector Private, Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM), banks (West African Development Bank) (BOAD), African Development Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), World Bank); Representing UNDP in forums, conferences and technical meetings related to investment ; Organize and facilitate workshops to strengthen capacities for national counterparties ; Support inter-agency coordination of the United Nations Financing of the United Nations Development. Monitoring, evaluation and knowledge management Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of investment portfolio performance indicators ; Document good practices, lessons learned and innovations in the field of finance for development; Powering databases and management platforms investments from the office (SDG Finance Hub); Produce periodic monitoring reports to
