Ayant au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle Maîtrise fonctionnelle approfondie d’Odoo Connaissance solide de l’ORM et de l’architecture Odoo Compétences en bases de données : PostgreSQL, SQL (requêtes, optimisation) Développement : Python, XML, et JavaScript (un plus) Excellente compréhension des processus métiers : CRM, Ventes, Achats, Comptabilité, Inventaire, MRP, RH, etc. Maîtrise des méthodes Agile / Scrum, analyse des besoins, modélisation des processus, gestion de projet Connaissances en BI & Reporting, KPIs, indicateurs de performance et outils d’analyse Communication claire, sens de la pédagogie, capacité à dialoguer avec clients et développeurs Pensée logique, orientation solution, forte capacité de résolution de problèmes Candidature
