Qualifications requises : Diplôme de niveau BAC+3 (graduat) en secrétariat de direction, administration, gestion, communication, relations publiques ou toute discipline équivalente. Un diplôme d’État assorti d’une expérience significative pourra être considéré. Une formation complémentaire en en techniques de secrétariat ou en bureautique constitue un atout.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des techniques d’accueil et de secrétariat, gestion de courrier, bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook). Une expérience de la gestion d’un système d’enregistrement et d’archivage du courrier constitue un atout. Compétences personnelles : Excellente présentation, sens du relationnel, courtoisie, discrétion professionnelle, sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à travailler en équipe. Expérience demandée : Au moins trois (03) ans d’expérience professionnelle générale dans une fonction d’de secrétariat ou d’appui administratif. Au moins deux (02) ans d’expérience au sein d’une administration publique, d’un projet de développement, d’une organisation internationale ou d’une entreprise structurée. Instructions
