About Mentor Spark Mentor Spark is a mentorship and career development platform that helps users turn an objective into a structured journey, with programs, resources and mentoring tailored to their needs. We are currently preparing our first beta tests. We are looking for someone who can take care of a significant part of the content preparation work before it is made available to users. You will work directly with the product manager on several components of the product: localization, UX writing, web content, emails, Knowledge Base, programs, resources and training. The internship thus allows to have a fairly broad vision of the preparation of a SaaS product before its launch, but with a very operational role. We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility, produce concretely and be able to work independently. Review and adapt the content of the platform from English to French, favoring a real localization rather than a literal translation. Check the consistency, clarity and tone of the texts displayed in the different user paths. Prepare and optimize the contents of the website and related pages: mentees, mentors, companies, FAQs, information pages and other content necessary for launch. Make an inventory of automatic emails and review their English and French versions. Identify missing texts, inconsistent, too long, poorly translated or not adapted to the user context. Participate in the verification and enrichment of Knowledge Base: trades, skills, tools, categories and related content. Create and structure training resources, programs and content relevant to first-time users. Document inconsistencies or product questions encountered during the review of content so that they can be arbitrated by the team. Searched profile Student Bac+3 to Bac+5 in digital communication, marketing, digital business, UX/content design or close domain. Excellent command of written French. Very good level of English to understand, reformulate and adapt content accurately. Good editorial sense: ability to write in a simple, natural and user-oriented way. Great attention to detail and consistency. Comfortable with digital tools and SaaS environments. Autonomy, organization and ability to advance on various tasks without waiting for detailed instructions for each step.

•Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
•Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
•Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
•Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
•Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
•A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
