Summary job description Blue Ventures Conservation is seeking an experienced Legal Adviser / Legal Consultancy Firm to provide independent, practical and timely legal advice throughout the design and early implementation of the organisational transformation programme. The assignment will have a particular focus on Malagasy employment and labour law, organisational restructuring, employee consultation, redundancy and termination, employee relations and legal risk management, together with related governance, regulatory, contractual and dispute-management matters. We are looking for an adviser who can provide not only technically sound legal advice, but also clear, practical and proportionate recommendations that support senior management to
