Raise awareness among different stakeholders.
Support conflict management and the process of relocating people affected by the project (PAP).

Support women and vulnerable groups in their retraining activities.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in community development.
Experience comprising at least two community development studies and two controls for implementing actions in road or infrastructure projects.
Experience in West Africa desired.
Proficiency in French required.
Skills in environmental and social safeguards, conflict management, PAP resettlement, complaint management, social engineering and capacity building.
