Main missions:

• Supervise and support sales teams;

• Develop sales of solar products, batteries, inverters and other energy solutions;
• Develop relationships with retailers, distributors, resellers and installers;
• Set and track business objectives as well as KPIs;
• Increase market coverage and product visibility;
• Analyze competition, prices and market trends;
• Coordinate activities with the Logistics, Marketing, Finance, Technical and After-Sales teams;

Candidate profile

• Make regular trips to the field. Profile sought:
• Bac+3 minimum in Commerce, Marketing, Sales, Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy or similar field;

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, ideally in retail, distribution or network management;
• Experience in sales team supervision;
• Experience in solar, electronics, telecoms or electrical products is an asset;
• Fluent in French and good level of professional English;
• Leadership, negotiation skills, results orientation and excellent business skills;
• Availability for field trips.
