Success Private Secondary School located at BOUND, AREA 1B (enroute to Nkhorongo) Luwinga in Mzuzu City is a DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL institution duly registered, approved and recognized by the Government of Malawi through the Ministry of Education and provides secondary school education to all Malawians of different social status and backgrounds using the Malawian Ministry of Educationâ curriculum. TEACHER FOR SOCIAL STUDIES

REPORTING TO: THE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR & HEAD TEACHER
Minimum of DIPLOMA IN EDUCATION (HUMANITIES) obtained from an institution of higher learning recognized by NCHE . Must be competent to teach the subject SPECIFIED ABOVE at both JCE & MSCE Those with NON-EDUCATION qualifications must possess UCE .
MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE TEACHERS COUNCIL OF MALAWI (TCM).
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Must be a mature and committed person with high level of integrity.
MUST BE COMPETENT TO TEACH SOCIAL STUDIES.
Must be aged at least 30 years and above ( males) and 25 years or above ( females) . Must have team working spirit. Of sober mind and with good conduct/habits.
Must have at least 2 years or more teaching experience in Secondary School.
Teaching Students & disciplining students. Preparing Schemes of work and records. Formulating, administering and marking end of term examinations. Assisting the Head teacher in administering studentsâ affairs. Among other duties assigned by the School Administration or The Management from time to time.
