Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rwanda, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities for billboard and airport advertising deployments. This role includes coordinating installation schedules, monitoring site maintenance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, safely, and on time. The Operations Supervisor collaborates with sales, logistics, and finance teams to optimize workflows, manage inventory, and support efficient resource allocation. The role involves supervising field and operations staff, tracking performance against operational KPIs, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. The Operations Supervisor is expected to prepare regular operational reports, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of best practices across the Rwanda operations. Qualifications Demonstrated supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring. Solid experience in operations and operations management, preferably in advertising, media, logistics, or related industries. Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and on-site staff. Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proficiency with productivity tools and basic project management software. Proven ability to work on-site, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health and safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices. Experience in OOH, media, or advertising operations in Rwanda or the region is an advantage.
