Auditor — IEMA Standard recrute un auditeur pour intervenir sur les systèmes de management et les processus de ses clients, dans le respect des normes applicables et des exigences de certification.
Le poste est basé à Lagos, au Nigeria, et s'exerce à temps plein, de 8h à 17h. La rémunération proposée se situe entre 150 000 et 250 000 NGN. Il s'agit d'un poste de niveau débutant, ouvert aux candidats justifiant d'environ deux ans d'expérience et d'une maîtrise de l'anglais.

Le titulaire du poste planifie et conduit les audits conformément aux normes et procédures applicables. Il examine les documents, les enregistrements et les systèmes de management, puis rassemble et évalue les preuves objectives d'audit. Il identifie et documente les conformités, les non-conformités et les observations relevées.
Il prépare des rapports d'audit clairs et précis, et communique professionnellement les conclusions aux clients. Il veille à préserver la confidentialité et l'impartialité tout au long du processus d'audit, et suit les procédures de certification et d'audit d'IEMA Cert. Il mène à bien les missions dans les délais convenus et participe aux activités de suivi lorsque cela est nécessaire.

Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un diplôme de licence ou d'une qualification équivalente dans un domaine pertinent, et disposer d'une expérience en audit ou dans le secteur concerné. Une connaissance des normes relatives aux systèmes de management et des principes d'audit est attendue. Une formation ou une certification d'auditeur pertinente constituera un atout.

Le poste exige de solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, ainsi qu'une excellente communication écrite et orale. Une grande attention aux détails et un jugement professionnel sûr sont indispensables. Le candidat doit être capable de travailler de manière autonome comme au sein d'une équipe, et être disposé à voyager pour réaliser des audits chez les clients lorsque cela est nécessaire. Un haut niveau d'intégrité, de professionnalisme, de confidentialité et d'impartialité est requis.
