WE’RE HIRING: YELLOW RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES Yellow is looking for energetic, customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Yellow Retail Representatives (YRRs). As a Yellow Retail Representative , you will represent Yellow in partner smartphone stores, help customers access smartphones through Yellow Finance, complete customer applications and deliver an excellent customer experience. What you’ll do Drive sales and achieve daily/weekly targets Engage and educate customers about Yellow and phone financing Assist customers with the Yellow application process Ensure customer applications are accurate and complete Explain payment terms and ensure customers understand their contracts Follow up with customers and support them through the journey Represent Yellow professionally within partner stores Complete required reporting and store activities What we’re looking for 18 years or older Grade 12 certificate Excellent communication and customer-service skills Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications Sales-driven, energetic and target-oriented Reliable, professional and self-motivated Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage, but not mandatory Available to work full-time, including Saturdays Why join Yellow?
